Demand for flexible offices has quickly picked up again after the slump caused by the global pandemic. With myhive Flexi Offices, managed by Svoboda & Williams, now fully booked, the growing interest in this segment is hereby confirmed.
“Interest in myhive Flexi Office has been enormous in recent months. We are seeing a higher demand from new clients as well as from existing ones. Some tenants who originally leased an office on a trial basis have now reserved several offices. They like the elegant environment and the comfort offered by the offices’s facilities and those of the whole building. They therefore don’t have a reason to look for new premises and prefer to grow their business in myhive Flexi Offices,” says Marie Kantorová, Office Manager at Offices Unlimited, adding that, due to the flexible lease terms, the situation is rapidly changing. Some spaces in myhive Flexi Offices may become available again in the next few days.
The rise in demand in the flexible office segment is also reflected in CBRE’s latest analysis, according to which this concept has a strong potential. The flexible office market had seen significant growth in the 3–4 years prior to the pandemic. Despite the downturn in 2020, things seem to be returning back to normal again.
