The breakfast was a pleasant opportunity for new tenants to meet the whole team involved in the day-to-day operations of West Flexi Offices, as well as the architects from the SAD studio, who designed the interiors. Tomáš Pribiš, a member of the Board of Directors of the Patria investment company, whose portfolio includes the Patria West Offices complex, also attended the breakfast.
During the breakfast, representatives of various companies specializing in commercial leasing such as CBRE, JLL, Knight Frank, Office Hunters, Prague Offices, and from the neighboring offices in the City West complex were able to get acquainted with the premises. Together, they toured the available offices and viewed select pieces by Petr Písařík, Krištof Kintera, Jan Kaláb, Vladimír Véla, and other contemporary Czech artists. “Art is a significant element in all of the offices with flexible lease options. One wall in West Flexi Offices provided an ideal space to display a three-and-a-half meter long large-format painting by Petr Písařík. We had to bring it up all the way to the fourth four using a material hoist, which was a real challenge. The painting now dominates the entire space,” said Marie Kantorová, Office Manager at Offices Unlimited.
The first tenants of the shared West Flexi Offices are Global Marketing, Importo Drive, Bodyking Fitness, Hausin architecture & design, Western Ingredients, Napojse, and CMC Online. “We are happy that the new spaces are filling up with tenants from various fields. Another inspiring work environment is gradually being created here, which we will also expand by additional square meters of flexible offices in the coming months,” adds Kateřina Burešová, Flexible Workspace Consultant at Svoboda & Williams. The new premises have expanded Offices Unlimited’s current portfolio to 5,000 sq. m. of shared offices.
